How will my cookies come packaged?
We put a lot of time and effort into ensuring your cookies arrive intact. Each order of cookies is wrapped with food grade parchment paper, held tightly by food grade saran wrap, wrapped in bubble wrap and placed into our white Biscotti Dolci cookie box. Each box holds 1 lb (1 order) of cookies and that box is then once again wrapped in bubble wrap and placed into a shipping box. We have seen great success with this system and we hope to continue to make improvements as we gather more customer feedback.
Can I customize my order?
Although we are a bakery, what we really are is a customer service business. With that in mind, we would be happy to accommodate you and figure out what exactly you are looking for. We do not make anything you do not see on the website and any changes to our standard products will come with an appropriate fee. Feel free to contact us with your inquiries and we will work together to make you happy.
Which carrier do you use for Express shipping? Do you have anything faster?
Our express shipping is a flat $10.00 fee for USPS Priority Mail which has a 1-3 Business day delivery time. If you need your cookies sooner please contact us and we can look into FedEx 2day shipping or even overnight services.
Do you sell any gluten-free products?
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer any gluten-free products.
What do I do if my package is delayed due to weather or national holidays?
We ask that you keep these events in mind as you place your orders. We cannot emphasize enough that our carriers deliver only on BUSINESS DAYS and we have no control over unforeseen weather conditions that delay your package. You do not have to worry about your cookies spoiling because all of our products have a 30 day shelf life or greater depending on which cookie you ordered. Contact us for further information.
Do you use peanuts in any of your products?
Not only do we offer an entire product line that is peanut free but we don't use any peanuts at all within our bakery.
What allergens should I be aware of?
Our products may contain Tree Nuts, Sesame Seeds, Milk, Soy and Wheat. Please see the allergen disclaimer page for more information.
