Since our founding in 1994, Pane Al Forno has been owned and operated by the Gorizia family here in Brooklyn, New York. Specializing in artisanal Italian breads for almost 30 years, it wasn't until 2019 that we decided to shift our focus towards our artisanal Italian cookies. A new venture that has ultimately grown into the Biscotti Dolci brand we and many others love today. We take pride in the cookies we bake and stand behind our product as we continuously satisfy customers all across America.
